Mental Health Resources during Tough Times
Don’t forget to think about your Mental Health
Most of the United States and other countries are doing self quarantines and school closing. We are spending more time indoors some with family and some alone. These are tough times and this is uncharted territory for most. I want to emphasis it is 100% okay to reach to a therapist and talk to someone about your feelings. Your feelings are real.
In some cases, some employer benefit plans are currently offering these services free during the Coronavirus quarantine, so check with your insurance plan and/or employer to find out your benefits.
Note: I’m not a therapist and this is passed on for informational purposes only.
