After you sign up for the Jump Start – Plan of Action. You will fill in questionnaires. I will then take a few days to put together a Plan of Action tailored for you.
Session 1: Then we will get together to go over the Jump Start – Plan of Action. Add and subtract changes as we discuss. Then you will start using the tools we discuss and start following the plan. You will have homework to do. Start using your plan.
Session 2: We will get together to go over how things have progressed and see where changes need to take place and how you feel. We will also introduce you to YNAB and other tools to see what you need.
Jump Start – Plan of Action is a great way to have a plan so you know what you need to do.
